The hands-on installation supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation team in installation quality, the organization of work, and the timely completion of the work according to the project scope, schedule and budget as outlined by management.

The qualifed candidate will have proven leadership skills and be an effective team builder with five or more years experience in electroniic media systems installation. Must be able to lead small teams of installers.

This position requires a background in the analysis, design and management of digital and analog broadcast and media communications systems, as well as knowledge of equipment, current trends and technical developments in the industry.

The duties include: developing system functional and detail CAD designs to meet clients' needs under the direction of the project manager; performing site surveys and interfacing with clients, architects and contractors; monitoring of the installation process; system configuration, testing and client training.

Some travel may be required.
