Qualified candidates need to be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of relevant workflows and an understanding of
the needs of today’s broadcast operations. The candidate needs to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of
selling “broadcast” products/solutions. This sales position is a “field” sales job. The salesperson is responsible for selling
broadcast television equipment, professional audio/visual products, systems integration solutions, and service
agreements to an assigned account base. The account base can be any combination of customers in various markets. These markets include government, broadcasters, house of worship, sports, and corporate accounts. Selling multi-media
technologies in the medical market space is also a possibility. The sales territory will consist of primarily the states in the
Mid-Atlantic region. There is the possibility of having customers outside of this region. The position requires less than 10%
overnight travel per year. Compensation includes a base salary plus a generous commission program. A comprehensive

The role of the program manager is to develop and maintain AV, IT, and broadcast system project plans, ensuring projects are completed according to strict deadlines and within budgets. The program manager will work with project engineering managers to ensure the management aspects of projects are defined, organized, and executed according to PMI standards.
