Senior Lead Systems Design Engineer

Audio-Visual Systems Sales Support Engineer

We are looking for a top-notch AV Systems Sales Support Engineer to work in conjunction with the sales and project management teams at CEI Sales, LLC. The highly technical, quality candidate has to not only have the ability to convey complex, technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical people, but will play an integral role in analyzing the needs of the client and assembling technical requirements while being sensitive to the clients’ budget.  The AVSSSE must have experience reviewing bid documents for purposes of responding quickly to RFP’s in developing accurate and complete written quotations and systems diagrams.  The AVSSSE will need experience in project management, technical writing, performing cost analysis, training staff and developing standard operation procedures while following CEI guidelines. CEI Sales Account Manager

This sales position is a “field” sales job. The salesperson is responsible for selling broadcast television equipment, professional audio/visual products, systems integration solutions, and service agreements to an assigned account base. The account base can be any combination of customers in various markets.  These markets include government, broadcasters, houses of worship, sports, and corporate accounts.  Selling multi-media technologies in the medical market space is also a possibility. The sales territory will consist of primarily the states in the Mid-Atlantic region. There is the possibility of having customers outside of this region. The position requires less than 15% travel per year. Compensation includes a base salary plus a generous commission program. A comprehensive benefits package is also included. Full Listing


Purchasing Coordinator

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for interaction with major broadcast industry manufacturers and internal departments on a daily basis to manage the acquisition of equipment used in CEI projects.
Responsibilities include creating and monitoring purchase orders,
working with CEI project managers on order status, identifying
cost-savings opportunities and maintaining databases. Candidate
will be a motivated self-starter with strong communications and
time-management skills, and have the ability to work with multiple
departments. A good knowledge of MS Word and Excel is

Installation Supervisor

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for the installation of Audio-Visual, Broadcast and Multi-Media systems to CEI standards. The supervisory requirements include execution of the installation project schedule, report progress, delegation of work assignments; provide technical assistance to staff, collaboration with client, integration and project managers. This is a hands-on supervisory position working with crews sized appropriate to the job. Labor efforts will include but not limited to: development of cable fabrication databases, mounting equipment, cutting, terminating and identifying various types of audio, video and data cables. Program Manager

The role of the program manager is to develop and maintain AV, IT, and broadcast system project plans, ensuring projects are completed according to strict deadlines and within budgets. The program manager will work with project engineering managers to ensure the management aspects of projects are defined, organized, and executed according to PMI standards.
