CEI Phased Approach to Project Management
All CEI projects consist of four primary phases. Each phase consists of hundreds of individual tasks. The resulting Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a deliverable oriented grouping of project components that organizes and defines the scope of your project.
Phase 1 – We review goals, timeline, and budgets together with the client. Conceptual drawings are created to identify requirements.
Phase 2 – CEI’s signature detailed designs provide the foundation for system construction and maintenance. Every element is included, from electrical panels to custom cabinetry. The industry’s best equipment is procured and meticulously documented.
Phase 3 – Our expert installation adheres to the most exacting standards. Our project managers – who have seamlessly orchestrated the process from the start – shine here, ensuring the client-friendly experience extends through construction, testing, and approval.
