Communications Engineering, Inc. (CEI) was chosen by the Washington Redskins to upgrade and expand the FedExField control room and stadium infrastructure to high-definition (HD) capability. The upgraded facility is used as an event-day control room to originate HD programming and to transmit these signals to the new FedExField LED video displays and stadium-wide video distribution systems.
